Since 2010, my goal has always been to provide fitness, nutrition, and wellness services that are client focused. This is about your journey to health and happiness, and I am honored and humbled to be a part of that path.
My method of overall wellness training has been slowly developed over the last six plus years. It’s foundational components are to use tried and true resistance training and interval training techniques, in constantly varying formats. The goal is to keep you mentally engaged, and keep your body guessing while making improvements functionally and aesthetically.
Training sessions can be performed in the convenience of your own home, your apartment gym, or my newly renovated, full service gym in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. Solo, or with a partner.
All training begins with discussing your specific goals, your concerns, any injuries, your current and previous activity levels. I will perform tests to assess your structural balancing, take measurements and analyze body composition. Then, we get to work.
All of my classes are highly varied in format from day to day and week to week, and will almost never be repeated in an eight week timeframe. I currently run eight to ten boot camps per week, and teach kettlebell and high intensity interval classes.
All clients have access to my knowledge of sports nutrition (Pn1) and holistic nutrition coaching (CHHC) via email, text, and conversations during training. Food choices and timings, macro breakdowns, caloric intake and expenditure, metabolic rate, and individual hormone balance will be addressed to get you to your fitness goals.
